Transfer ConditionsTransfers require prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The transferee must meet current qualifications, complete training, assume obligations under the existing agreement or sign a new one (with the remaining term, or up to 10 years with an Extended Term Fee), refurbish the Salon, and sign a personal guaranty and general release.

Franchisee is required to use approved suppliers for real estate and site selection assistance services.
