| Description | You will receive a protected territory, defined by zip codes, consisting of approximately 500,000 people. This number will be approximate and will be based on recent data available to us regarding population. We will adjust the number of people in the territory lower than 500,000 where the household income or density of golfers is higher in that geographic area than the average in the United States, and we will create a larger territory by population where the opposite is true. Franchisees may operate a 'Home Base' within their territory, which requires franchisor approval. The franchisor reserves the right to market and sell Drive-Up and Major Events within the territory, offering the franchisee the first opportunity to operate them. The franchisor also reserves the right to establish brick-and-mortar facilities within the territory, with a right of first refusal for the franchisee. Territories may be modified if minimum sales quotas are not met. |
