Renewal ConditionsTo renew, the franchisee must give 6-12 months' notice, not be in default, satisfy all monetary obligations, provide evidence of right to possession of the location, execute a general release (unless prohibited by law), comply with current qualifications and training, and execute Flour Power’s then-current franchise agreement, which may have materially different terms (including higher royalties and advertising contributions). The franchisee must also repair or replace equipment and modernize the Studio to current specifications, with total costs not exceeding $40,000 over a five-year period.
