DescriptionFranchisees are granted a non-exclusive right to develop and operate one FUSE Business within a designated operating territory (Base Territory) of approximately 250,000 people. Additional people or territories can be added for an increased fee. The franchisor reserves the right to operate its own outlets or grant franchises to others outside the franchisee's operating territory, and may engage in competitive activities within the territory using different trademarks or alternative distribution channels. Franchisees may not directly solicit customers outside their operating territory but may serve 'Out of Territory Customers' in an 'Open Area' (within a 10-mile radius of their territory and not an Assigned Area of another franchisee) with franchisor approval.
