| Description | You will operate your Speedy Freight Business in a designated “Primary Market Area” identified in the Franchise Agreement, which will contain approximately 9,000 businesses. We determine the number of businesses in a Protected Territory based on demographic data from the most recent U.S. Economic Census statistics and other factors of our choosing. Your Primary Market Area will be exclusive provided you maintain one sales executive (per Franchise) and meet the minimum performance criteria, as explained below. If you fail to meet this criteria, you will not receive an exclusive territory. You may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that we own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that we control. Your Speedy Freight Business must be located in your Primary Market Area. |

Your Responsible Owner and your Franchise Manager, if any, must successfully complete our training program (See Item 11). We do not require that the Franchise Manager have an ownership interest in the legal entity of the Franchise owner.
