The Business must be under your direct, day-to-day, full-time supervision (or if you are an Entity, a managing owner approved by us) or a non-owner office manager who has completed all state and local government required training, obtained all mandatory licensing and certification requirements and is approved by us. Franchisee acknowledges that the business involves hard work and long hours, similar to owner-operated small businesses. Franchisee must also either be a Qualified Healthcare Professional, partner with or hire a lead Qualified Healthcare Professional to supervise all healthcare professionals; or form a PC to perform services and directly supervise and manage all healthcare professionals. The business must also be managed by an Office Manager who has completed the franchisor's mandatory training and meets current standards.
