Participation DetailsAn Operator, who has ultimate responsibility for day-to-day operating decisions, must be designated prior to signing the Franchise Agreement if the franchisee will not be the Operator. The Operator must be located within the vicinity of the Restaurant and have at least 2 years of restaurant experience, including 1 year as a restaurant general manager. A General Manager, approved by the franchisor, must be designated and retained at all times to supervise and manage the Restaurant, devoting full time and best efforts.
